Jeremy Randolph
director of missions
Jeremy has served as the Director of Missions since June 2019. He and Trisha have been married since 2000, and have three boys. They previously lived in East Asia for 15 years. He has served 7 HPBA churches as their interim pastor.
Tony Deornellis
Associate director of missions
Tony joined the HPBA as Associate Director in July 2023. He and his wife, Amy, have three children, and one grandchild. They are members of FBC Pittsburg. Tony is also serving as the Interim Director of the BSM at NTCC.

Leslie Hooper
Ministry administrator
Leslie has served in the HPBA Office since January, 2017. She has been actively involved in children’s ministry for 12 years, and she is currently serving at East Mountain Baptist Church.
