Breakout Sessions

Reaching Parents of Infants for Christ--Camille Simmons
Reaching their parents for Christ and nurturing them as Christ followers is claiming the next generations for Christ. Methods and resources will be presented so each local church can develop its own unique way to reach families who need Christ.

Hope Ministries of East Texas--Destiny Willette
Dr. Ben Carson invited this new ministry to Washington to present a model in how to meet the needs of single mothers and their children, a model that results in the family having a place to live and completely off all government support and the mother with not just a job but a career, having completed her education.  Hear the exciting story of how God led Destiny from a job to a ministry.

Jesus Burgers homeless ministry--Sarah Williamson Avritt
This ministry has been in existence for years in the Longview area.  Sarah has now brought it to Mt. Pleasant.  Want to know about the homeless in our small towns?  Want to know how we can feed Jesus by feeding the hungry?  It might not be as hard as you think.

Open Door Pregnancy Help Center--Teresa Owen
This ministry at The Center in Gilmer is the only abortion prevention agency in the HPBA area.  Come hear how these dedicated servants are not only saving the lives of the not-yet-born but are also being used by God in the salvation of the souls of the parents.
