Associational News

A deposit of $100 will now be required for churches using either the block party trailer or the tent trailer.  There will also be paperwork to fill out, including a form that reports the results of the ministry for which the trailers were used.  The deposit is refundable if the trailer is returned in the same condition that it was sent out.  These requirements went into effect September 1.

Annual Church Profiles are due by Friday, September 10.  If your church has not received its packet, please contact the associational office.  This due date is early but it is necessary so that all the information can be processed before Annual Meeting on Sunday, October 10th, 6:00 p.m. at The Church at West Mountain.
